Daniel and Dora Law have made a strong commitment to giving back to their community through the Red Sail Restaurant. They actively participate in local events by promoting and teaching Chinese cuisine and cultural awareness.

Together they have been recognized for excellence in their vocations and service to the Windsor and Essex-County community. In 2013, Chef Law was recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for significant contribution to his community.
